Welcome to Common Grounds Women's Business Network.

Where Women in Business Connect

Common Grounds is a nationwide network of women in business who believe in connection over competition.

Since 2017, our monthly coffee meetups have created relaxed, genuine spaces to talk business, life, and everything in between…… all over a cup of coffee.

With meetups across Australia and growing, Common Grounds is where conversations turn into connections, and connections turn into community.

You’ll currently find Common Grounds coffee meetups in:
📍 New Farm
📍 Albany Creek
📍 Virginia
📍 Lockyer Valley
📍 Ipswich
📍 Roma (Central QLD)
📍 Melbourne

And this is just the beginning.

Our vision is to grow Common Grounds Australia-wide, creating more opportunities for women to connect, collaborate, and grow, both personally and professionally.

So come for the coffee, stay for the connections, and be part of a community that’s cheering you on every step of the way.

Meet Jo Stevens - Common Grounds Coordinator

Hey there, I’m Jo Stevens, the Co-ordinator of Common Grounds.

My journey is all about embracing the power of connection, the magic of laughter, and the transformative force of mindfulness. These elements are at the core of everything I do. I have a passion for using my quirkiness to sprinkle laughter and joy into everyday life and, most importantly, to help others do the same.

I’m absolutely passionate about connection—it’s the heartbeat of my work and the foundation of everything I do.

Whether it’s bringing women together through Ladies Who Long Lunch, creating supportive spaces in the Common Grounds Women’s Business Network, or being my Quirky Fabulous self, connection is at the core. I believe it’s the key to unlocking not only our mental well-being but also our fullest potential.

So if you are passionate about connection, let’s connect!
