Meet Tammie Davidson:
After experiencing corporate burnout in 2022, Tammie knew it was time for a change. She traded the hustle for a life filled with freedom, family, and purpose — turning her love for customer service and organisation into a thriving Virtual Assistant business. In 2024, she expanded her dream by launching The Freedom Lifestyle Agency, where she helps business owners reclaim their time, focus on what truly matters, and create more balance in their days.
Outside of work, Tammie is a proud mum, dog mum, and chicken mum to 22 lively ladies! She’s a coffee lover, dark chocolate enthusiast, and believer in finding joy in the little things — like coffee catch-ups with friends, a great book, or a walk in the park. Tammie’s passion for helping others live life on their own terms is what makes her such a valued part of the Common Grounds community, where she brings warmth, wisdom, and a genuine love for connection to every coffee meetup.

Meet Rhi Thistlethwaite
Rhi is a visual artist, business strategist, and mindset mentor with a big heart for helping women in business find their confidence and creative spark. She combines her love of photography and mentoring to guide women to build strong personal brands, lead with authenticity, and step into their true power. Whether through coaching or creative storytelling, Rhi helps visionary women grow their businesses and their belief in themselves — one genuine connection at a time.
When she’s not empowering women to shine, you’ll find Rhi living her best country life as a homeschooling mum, wife, and proud owner of a mini farm filled with 7 goats, 3 dogs, and a bunch of cheeky chickens! She believes success starts with being true to yourself — and she brings that same warmth, creativity, and authenticity to everything she does, including her role as a Common Grounds Facilitator.
